For the third time this close season we've been linked with a £12mill move for SWP. (BBC Transfer rumours & Talk sport). It seems odd to me that Chelsea would want to sell him especially with the Robben rumours too!

Although having SPW would be good. Imagine him and leenon on each wing!!! I think Petrov would be better.

People (Daily Mail etc.) are now saying that we are in for both petrov and swp. Methinks swp would be a signing made to strengthen the squad and vie with lennon for a first team place rather than one of them moving to the left. Not sure about petrov's rumoured injury proneness though.

Yeah he spits, but he hates the goons and would add steel and bite to our team. He plays on the let sometimes aswell. If we can get him for a few million and he never spits again then good business i say!

We need to be aiming higher than Diouf to be honest.

Also there is enough disruption as it is so signing Diouf would not be a positive step

Comolli attended Chelsea's Champions League victory over Schalke last week to see Neuer in action, but left unimpressed by the Germany under-21 international.

He is usually a good goalkeeper but made two bad mistakes against chelsum. he is quite young so i think he needs some more time to prove his talent. he wouldn't be the first nor the last starlett that failed to make it.

and above all i am pretty sure that schalski won't let him go.
