To be honest, I still prefer an outfield player for the role.

I read somewhere that Ade is an outside bet. :hide:
I’ve lived a life that’s full. I’ve travelled each and every highway;
And more, much more than this,
I did it my way.

Regrets, I’ve had a few;
But then again, too few to mention.
I did what I had to do
And saw it through without exemption.

I believe that we should know by tomorrow who will be captain. I also hope it is a good match and we win. I think it might be a close match and the score being something like 2-1. The same as least season.

Outside bet!  good grief, I hope this wrong! For me it's Vertonghen 1st, Kaboul 2nd & Lloris 3rd. Any of those 3 would do nicely.

I also hope it is wrong and I do agree with you on the names you've given.

Kaboul it is then. Well lets hope he ups his game over the season to justify Poches faith.

I am sure he will do well. Lloris and Ade have been made vice-captain.

All that worries me really is that he is apparently looking at Kaboul as his first choice CB along with one from Verthonghen Cherices Dier or Fazio. Fine if he starts to perform consistently. Not fine if we continue to concede 2 - 3 goals per game.
