Why would I label him a Boo boy? He is not you. He does make some good points, however, I don't agree with them and I think if Harry stayed we wouldn't have progressed any further. I am not alone in that thought. Of course there is not way of proving his point, as there is no way of proving my point. Nevertheless Levy sacked him and I agree. End of. Now we move on and support our new manager. Only time will tell if he is better than Harry or not.
PS I stick by with what I said to Dimexi.
I respect your right to disagree with me and I am glad you didn't attempt label me a boo boy either.
Putting a lot of the rhetoric to one side I would just like to conclude this with a specific issue of disagreement. You have stated that you believe that if Harry stayed we wouldn't have progressed any further. If we put to one side other factors like available transfer funds, Levy's issues with who was in charge and more popular, the England job and everything else. But we agree that he would have kept us where we were, which was in the top 4 clubs. (This cannot be disputed because his record showed that he achieved this 66% of the time).
So staying in this position is deemed as not successful enough and lacking the desire to go beyond this level. You would like to see us achieve more, to be a full title contender?
I think I can speak for every Spurs fan and say that they would like to see that happen too. I would love to see spurs as champions in my lifetime. If we are seriously going to set our goal as winning the title then getting rid of Harry may have been necessary. However, if that is the only factor that is going to change, we will end up being disappointed and therefore sacking Harry did not need to be done. I hope that the other necessary steps are also being taken and that we are able to do this without risking our financial stability.
