Can Spurs still finish third?
« on: March 24, 2012, 03:10:11 PM »
After watching the game today it got me thinking that Spurs do not perform that well away to their rivals (although the performance and result today wasn't too bad) so I wrote a short blog, could you give it a read and let me know what you think? http://wp.me/p25EUA-53

Cheers

Yesterdays result should give the players a boost .They played well and probably should have won the game .It should breed a bit of confidence which will see us through the remaining games .

If we can play as we did in 2nd half, and Kaboul / BAE can stop wandering in games, and at least one of our strikers can hit form, then 4th should be safe.
However, 3rd would need some sort of collapse from Ars*nal which dosen't look likely.
Also, I thought Chelsea were quite poor at times, though would take Terry/Cahill/Cole tomorrow.

Cahill yes ........ Terry and Cole that's pushing it a bit too far

Sorry, should have explained myself better. Cahill for the long term, Terry & Cole for the rest of this season, and next. Far better than Kaboul/unfit King / BAE.

Still wouldn't take Terry, Cole at an absolute push rather have Baines !!!!

The Woolwich Wanderes have won 5 on the spin in the PL, can anybody see them winning ALL of their 8 games left?

I think Spurs will take more points from their last 8 than the Wanderers will. I've bet money on it!

It will come down the last game of the season. Ars*nal still have City and Chelsea to play at home, hopyfully they will do us a favour. We will also have a game in hand as we're in the semi's or even 2 game IF we get to the final.

I have no idea what a DDOS attack is but it sounds a bit like a girl with large breasts attacking us? Is there any video of the attack as i would like to watch that one day?

The good news for us is that we are creating chances aplenty. But its vital that Ade/Saha/or Defoe if he plays start sticking them away. We have 8 games against teams with mostly leaky defences, so no excuses !!

Agreed. We really need to sharpen up in front of goal. I see that Aaron Lennon has said he will be fit for Swansea this Sunday.
