.the guy leaves a tale of destruction wherever he goes....................what a tosser

Mate i think you must be smoking to much of the Mary Jane, we were average at best before Harry took charge.

Even if we finish 6th this season, this is still the best Spurs team in 20 years(maybe longer, im under 30 , so can't talk about teams i never saw).

Yeah the results have been a bit rubbish of late, but thats more down to our duff strikers at the moment.
Yes he should had bought someone in during Jan, but s**t happens, and its not like he didn't try.

and lets not forget Defoe was banging in them last season, who would had guess he would have such a bad season, Im sure most of us had Defoe in our own dream teams at the beguining of the season.

One thing for sure though, the gaffer going to need to get in some strikers as soon as the market open, targets should be identified now. We will probably miss out on 4th spot now, so bringing a couple of strikers in quick will help to give the club a lift for the start of the next season. Just as important is that it shows our intent so that our better players will want to stay

Good point Ugs. But why didn't we improve the squad as well (apart from Pienaar - but we have a plethora of MF's already!)? I don't believe for one minute its all down to Levy - we end up looking around at the end of the transfer window and by then its either too late to do a deal or we are talking scraps. Why all the drama anyway with the window? We should be in there at the beginning and snapping up the players we want rather than sitting and waiting, then being dissappointed and listening to more excuses that "the deal couldn't be done in time".
In an ideal world thats what would happen. In reality what happens is, all the players wanting a move wait to see if Barcelona, Man U, Chelsea, City, etc are going to come in for them, and when they dont they look at whoever else might want them. We are ( hopefully) in the 2nd tier at the moment and so deals get done at the last minute.

We also have a small problem with our strict wage structure, that I beleive we are right in keeping in place at the moment. Financially the club is run better than almost every other club in the world and I'm pretty sure 'Arry talks to Mr Levy and asks for certain players but as in life their are probably comprises and 'Arry probably has to settle for the best of what we can get rather than the players he would be targeting.

All in all I'm happy with the way things are at the moment, I can't say I'm not disappointed with the position we find ourselves in but overall I'm happy plus there is a small chance that we could still sneak into the top 4 which I intend to cling to until its gone !!!!

Its gone lol......................Rose tinted glasses taken out of drawer and smashed...............Goodbye yellow brick road............

Maybe it has but I thought we actually gave a good account of ourselves against Chelski and have been robbed by 2 awful decisions, one that was basically Gomes fault and one bad lino call.

But once again Redknapp is not to blame the team he sent out was doing a good job especially as we had key players missing through injury, so if it's all the same to you I'll leave my Rose tinted glasses on the side for now and you can shove your yellow brick road up you arse !!!

Where is the suppport for Tottenham Hotspur?  :tossa:

Its called passion for our great club and utter f**king disappointment at how this season is ending up!!!!

Maybe if Arry and some of our players shared our passion for THFC we would be a little higher in the league eh!

I and others will always support our club no matter what league or what position we are in

Sounds like we cant say how we feel any more without being personally criticised. If we didn't care, we would have the dissappointment.

Even if we finish 6th this season, this is still the best Spurs team in 20 years(maybe longer, im under 30 , so can't talk about teams i never saw).

Before Harry, yes we were in a right old 2&8. BUT that was down to the Spaniard Ramos. Before him, under the great Martin Jol, we enjoyed 2 5th places - one narrowly missing out on 4th on the last day of the season through alleged food poisoning. Harry has had the priveledge of not having a "Director of Football" breathing down his neck and sourcing new players, as he insisted on being in charge at the very beginning. We qualified for the CL, deservedly so, last season. At the time of the Blackpool game, we should have been looking at 3rd or higher and indead the Clown Prince himself said that even winning the Premiership was possible - but we blew it - whatever the reasons, glory was in our own hands and we blew it. 4 points out of 15 from Blackpool, Wolves, Wigan, West Ham and West Brom. Add those lost 11 points back into our tally and where would we be now - WE WOULD BE THIRD INSTEAD OF WHERE WE ARE NOW - 6th - which is where we will probably finish up. I do not call that progress.
We have to be honest with whats happened. I share tremendous passion for the club and admire those who see no wrong in everything that we do, but the fact is we have gone backwards and we should expect an exodus of our good players, and who could honestly blame them? We cannot possibly attract the type of players to take us forward, so we will be an also-ran again in the wastelands of mid table. So very sad

I ain't saying that im happy with the recent result, and I doubt any other Spurs supporter would say that either. I guess the manager would have to take a bit of  the blame for that, but so should the players! But to get at Harry the way supporters have recently is a bit over the top I reckon.

I also don't think we have gone backwards this season, Ok, we might not get top 4 this season but apart from the strikers lacking form this season I think the team is just as good as it was last season. ManC have improved as well, how can they not after spending all the money they have done

Lets not forget we had a CL campaign this season to contend with too, so the players were bit more streched then they were last season.

I believe in this manager and this team more than any other Spurs team I have seen, OK it's not perfect by any stretch. But with the financial restriction we have, I have been so proud of the performances we have put in. Haha maybe i do have spurs tinted glasses on, but i do feel with a bit of investment and luck we have as a good a chance to be in the top 4 again next season.

When the heck did disappointment = passion ??
Just because some of us dont moan and complain, does not make us any less passionate about spurs.

ofcourse everyone has thier right to an opinion and  if you think the team is s**t then good on ya.
But just as you have the a right to moan, we have  the right to support and back our team.

Say what you want about Harry tactics and decision making but anyone who thinks Harry lack passion needs is Wong IMO.

Ok mate I probably got it a bit twisted... for that i appoloigies

But after being pulled up by another member about your constant bitching and moaning, you justified it as "Passion"

so i will re -phrase the question

when the heck did bitching and moaning about your team = Passion ??

Pie its the passion we have for our team, the desire for succees that makes many of us bitch and moan like old women and have knee jerk reactions to shockingly s**t results we have had since January............ if we did'nt have the passion for our club and really didnt give a s**t we wouldn't care would we and therefore not bitch and moan!

Having passion for our club doesnt mean looking upon issues with rose tinted specs or being the enternal f**king optimist looking for the silver spoon in a pile of s**t!

We care so we bitch and moan, we are entitled to our opinions as well fella

Dear Mr Redkapp,

Your taxi has been waiting outside for weeks. You have been kidding everyone along, being the darling of the media with your cheeky cockney gags. Well, the meter is still running and I think you should get in before you are lynched. True you dont kick the ball, but you train, coach. motivate(?) and select the team, make substitutions - in short, you are in control. If the player isnt good enough, he shouldnt be on the pitch. Also, you should have brought in someone who knows what being a striker is - and its not someone who poses in a flash car wearing diamond earings.

Thank you for turning us around in October 2008 and putting right what Ramos balled up. Thank you for putting us back on track to where Martin Jol had guided us and qualifying for the CL. But we have gone backwards and will finish behind where the aforementioned had achieved twice (5th).

Regretfully, you have taken as far as your capabilities allow. The fans have had a whip round and have paid for your trip down to Sandbanks, so please take a seat in the back. Your P45 is in the post. Goodbye (aka F**k off)

Agreed. Mr Redknapp your tactics are astounding. I know you like vdv but he is not the messiah. He cant and should not be asked to play in every position. A striker is a striker a midfielder a midfielder. Which one is vdv i ask you? Dont reply straight away as I know its a difficult question. Ask some of your coaching staff as answering it will be something for them to do for a change. I applaud your inspired decision to yet again decide to revolutionise your attacking options by drafting in the acclaimed niko kranjkar at approx 90 mins. Good one Harry he a game winner aint he yeah triffic. Insulting to your futile attempts at being a tactician and insulting to any professional footballer worth his salt.  You also moved vdv up front to improve our goal scoring chances yet moved him back to midfield minutes later. Sorry you lost me on that one mate. Oh and keeping faith with gomes is proving an admirable decision. Hes world class aint he, yeah.
Harry you have been found out. Your tenure is coming to an end mate. Bargain basement buys in the summer will prove you are even more out of your depth. Il gladly pay for your taxi mate. In fact if you dont want a taxi I will carry you home on my back,
