"Chelsea's £8 million defender Khalid Boulahrouz is set to leave Stamford Bridge this summer and could be heading to London rivals Spurs.

Boulahrouz has a strong relationship with Spurs coach Martin Jol who he describes as a father-figure in the younger years of his life in Holland.

The defender is also attracting the attentions of PSV Eindhoven where Chelsea centre-back Alex has spent the last season on loan. The relationship between the two clubs could sign a deal in favour of the Dutch side forcing Spurs to miss out although the player is determined to show he can cut it in the Premiership after a disappointing first season blighted by injuries".

God lets hope this isnt true, poor player. Loved it when Keano did him inside and out. Distin would be a better bet.

This player is rubbish and I hope we dont sign him he is toss never forgot what Robbie did to him put him on his arse and set up a sublime goal for Azza, TOTTENHAM 2-1 CHELSEA.

If we want to a defender Curtis Davies or that City player Distin wouldn't be bad. But as for Boularouz any team can have him and hope that PSV end up signing him.

It has to be said that Chelsea dont sign many bad players these days. So the guy must be half decent.Maybe he just had a bad season might not be a bad idea to get him if he's cheap enough although it wont bother me to much if we dont.
Distin has signed for Portsmouth so we can forget about him.

Pity I'd like boularouze, dont let him near the 1st team but he could be valuable as a morale raiser on the training pitch helping boost confidence of the winger who would all get to skin him and drop him on his butt with fancy footwork alone.
