Sporting Director?

I thought that Paul Mitchell was going to be our new sporting director. But I've just read that Spurs are still looking and they've recently made an approach for Fabio Paratici (Juventus Sporting Director), which he declined. We will be soon talking about transfers again (January), so it must be important to get somebody soon.

Hi Ruth. I doubt it. Paying bigger fees and wages is usually the only answer to that, and then not always.

Who cares? What is important is the end result and the end result is Spurs doing well and getting good players. Occasionally we will get a duff player, as all teams get duff players, but overall we pick more rights than wrongs.

What is this? Girl power? Why not go for a woman Sporting Director? There are many good ones out there.
