Erik Lamela is one of my favourite players. He did not have a very good season last year but I do think this season he will shine. He is a talented player and you do not lose that overnight. I am hoping that he is the new Bale. If I remember rightly when Bale started he never set the league alight, as he did later. I also believe that Soldado will be another one that improves, providing he is given the chance.
Bale went 22 games on losing side, and was nearly sold for 3 million !!
Exactly; they used to say that when he was in the side we couldn't win. All players need time to settle in.
