I have no idea what a DDOS attack is but it sounds a bit like a girl with large breasts attacking us? Is there any video of the attack as i would like to watch that one day?

At least no one expects us t win this match I think all expect it to be a case of how many can the Goons score, who knows we might pull of an upset!

Could this be the game we have creative flair and killer instinct..... I doubt it but we can wish!

We have started amazingly well should give us great confidence for the rest of the game, 1 goal down after 60 seconds, FFS.

TS team selection, what is he playing at seriously?

Please I want this season over its been one of the worst I can remember!

            Well I'm gutted we lost, :( but I thought we at least deserved at a point, after going 1-0 down after 72 secs, I thought there was another thrashing on the cards, :nods: but all credit to the team they stuck in there, the heads didn't drop and we could have won it, we were by far the better team in the second half and I thought they played with some pride today. :up: :up: A much better performance.
            Now they have to concentrate on finishing 5th or 6th because 4th is completely out of reach imo.

The performance was there but sadly the quality wasn`t .Today showed up just how badly we miss the likes of bale , van der vaart and modric .There wasn`t anybody in the team capable of that little bit of magic that could change the game .Having said that , they all put a shift in and we were a bit unlucky .

Totally agree , we played some nice stuff and for once, counter attacked with some pace!, BUT, yet again very little in shots at goal or real penetration!, I dont understand after seeing Soldado end his goal drought why he is benched!!! , He should have been on at the start with Ade or at least come out for the second half!, why take Chadli off who was having a good game?. we are lacking in creating chances in the box so we must play both strikers in a 4-4-2!, we must spread the midfield out, yet again we where getting cramped in midfield. AT HALF TIME we had done 24 crosses to Ars*nals 2!!! this was a good sign, some of them where getting over hit so having that second recognised striker on would have maid sense!. Our back four in the first 15 mins was all over the place Kyle Naughton was getting caught out by the through ball or ball over the top because he was drifting infield to much", we should have kept Caulker and at least Hudds or Livemore!, Our midfiled was better at times but as said before we lack that creative sparkle in the final third.

Our application and effort could not be faulted. But as yidmaf rightly says, we lack any real quality, in particular in the final third. Too many final balls were nowhere good enough, and on the few occasions they were, we are hopeless in front of goal. Taking the stats for the game, we should have won 3 or 4 - 1, no problem.

Even though it was a bad result I thought Spurs played very well. The best I’ve seen them play under Sherwood. Yes, we should have won; but we didn’t. So far all the top 4 teams have beaten us (the exception was a 1-1 draw with Chelsea at White Hart Lane).
If this match was at the beginning of the season it would given me confidence, but it isn’t. It has come at the end. The best I can see we can hope for this season is the same as last season. In other words even with the £1001 million spent we’ve gone no further. Saying that though we’ve got Everton breathing down our necks with two games in hand.
The problem is not scoring goals (obviously). It is not about one striker or two strikers up front but either way not scoring goals. Replacing the manager wasn’t the problem, but embedding what we did have in; and that takes time.
The next step is manager; will we or should we stick with Sherwood or go for an experienced manager?
I’ve lived a life that’s full. I’ve travelled each and every highway;
And more, much more than this,
I did it my way.

Regrets, I’ve had a few;
But then again, too few to mention.
I did what I had to do
And saw it through without exemption.

As I didnt watch the game (couldnt bear to)I saw a stat I yesterday part way through the second half on sky sports it stated we had put 29 crosses into the Goons box but yet failed to test their keeper!

This tells me that the final product ie the cross itself is poor, over hit, no accuracy etc or players couldnt get themselves into space or positions to have a crack on goal, or both.

Remembers under AVB we used to have something daft like 18 shots on target in a match and score nothing, well these days that isnt even happening.

I dont take a consolation that we played a bit better, many times we have had a glimmer of a performance that resembled that a professional team may be playing only to go backwards the next game or so.

Walker on the bench and Naughton who shouldnt even be in the squad starting at RB, sticking with Bentaleb in midfield kids is out of his depth, benching Soldado when we should have been going for it with 2 strikers from the outset, all too many mistakes of a coach who has zero experience.

Quicker we get the official notification that TS is out next season and the name of his replacement the better.  We ca not afford for TS to be learning his trade and gaining experience at the cost of our great club.

I agree with your summery of the game! that did pretty much sum it up, Some of Errikksens corners where shocking!,  not enough bodies in the box!,  Bentaleb is one for the future and ok but no real goal threat!, Walker was injured bro and maybe out for the season!, I dont agree with getting rid of Sherwood I would like to see him have a go from the start of the season with his own selected squad!, if he stays then he can bring in a couple of players he wants and get rid of some of that lot!.

The problem with keeping Tim as far as I can see is that we all know we need to get rid of several players, and bring in several more. Will the kind of players we need be willing to come here with such an inexperienced manager ?? That for me may be the problem, for as we can now see, Tim is going absolutely nowhere with the bulk of our squad, as indeed was AVB. Lets not forget. Harry had Bale Modric VDV, sometimes King & Woodgate, a much sharper Lennon, a more on form Adebayor & Defoe.

Yeah alot of goal threat which we are lacking!, a player with immense pace to frighten the living day lights out of any defender, a fox in the box who most time hit a shot on target, two forward thinking playmakers of which one doubled up as a third striker!,.. Lennon now seems he cant be bothered, wonders out of position all of the time!, I think its time we let him go! there must be better out there!,Siggursen has no pace either but is a goal threat! he is better in a central role, he is now winger really!, Chadli might come good but we still need another pacey winger! I would have liked Spurs to have tried to get young Zaha or Tom Ince!, theres potential there!, I cant see us finding another Bale as no team abroad are going to release a player like that! not without putting a ridiculous price tag on him!, swienstieger, someone of real quality!

Thanks ref the update on Walker, another key player out which is a shame for us and also his first world cup!

I truly believe if we start we Sherwood next season either with same players or a mix of current and some new we will be fighting it at the wrong end of the table, it could set us back 10 years+.

He has no experience, no sign of being capable to motivate a team, he is actually doing worse than AVB was, if I wanks a player would I come to a team managed by Tim Sherwood...especially based on his showing and ability this season, well I would pass thanks!

Spurs is not the place for him to gain experience, for me we need someone who will command respect and also who has earned respect by what they have achieved.  For me it has to be Cappello, Gaal, Klinsmann or De Boer dam I would even give Stuart Pearce a shot!
