I have no idea what a DDOS attack is but it sounds a bit like a girl with large breasts attacking us? Is there any video of the attack as i would like to watch that one day?

There is no justification for this defeat, we were shocking AVB just cant seem to crack the EPL infact seems to have no clue how to.

I would not be surprised to see he is sacked by the morning, 2 defeats against top 4 challengers bad enough but leaking 11 goals with zero response is just not acceptable and the board must have their heads on their hands in utter disbelief.

100 million spent to secure a top 4 place and we have a goal difference of a bottom 4 team and are less threatening in front of goal.

I am starting to question myself as to whether I can back AVB to continue destroying our season.  I hate to say it but I think after todays performance and crushing 5 nil defeat we need to stop the rot and fast!

Is AVB capable to fulfill our ambitions and expectations for this season, well with each passing came it would seem not.

I will always support the team but my support for AVB is slipping after today.

Well, I have to admit that should Villas-Boas still be in charge of Spurs by Christmas, there are Christmas miracles after all.

As for the result, I'm lost for words.

I know mate, I actually thought today would have been so different.

The more worrying aspect is who do we bring in, who is out there who would relish the chance to work with the immense talent we have and turn our season around, who is available.........

Come back to the forum after a long exile. Can't believe what I'm seeing from Spurs as of late. f**king rubbish all over. After Paulinho's sending off it was a training match.

Power, Pace, Pin Point passing, Width, Desire, Guile and Ability it was just like Redknapp was back at the lane ..... unfortunately that describes Liverpool.

For all of those out there that still think AVB can take us forward and want to give him anymore time please 'ave a word with yourselves.
I have from day one thought that AVB is not the manager that Spurs deserve he is uncapable of reading a game and reacting to whats going on! If it's not in his little flip chart booky thing then he hasn't got a clue, we play 4-5-1 with no width and a striker who can't play up front on his own. We play a high line at the back with players who are not quick enough to do so and the keeper has to play sweeper and get himself into problems left right and centre. Our midfield is gutless and talentless and how Capoue gets in the team before Townsend is beyond me. AVB never plays the same side two games in a row so how the hell are they going to gel at the end of the day we are a bunch of strangers running round like headless f**king chickens with no idea.
We were lucky today to only get beat 5-0 Liverpool hit the post and bar and missed about 3 or 4 sitters and I can't remember 1 clear cut chance we made !!!!

AVB IF YOU HAVE ANY DIGNITY WALK AWAY FROM MY CLUB NOW BEFORE YOU DESTROY WHAT OTHERS BEFORE YOU BUILT AND WHILE YOU AT IT TAKE LEVY WITH YOU.

Does anybody have 'Arrys number cos I want to phone and beg him to come back I don't care if people think he dosen't have what it takes to take us to next level and I don't care if he flaps his mouth I just want this embarrasing pile of s**te to stop.

Sack AVB, this cannot go on any longer, top 4 team! your aving a laugh!, were be lucky to finish top 10 this season, I want to back the team, but after another humiliation by another rival enough is enough, £108M and a team that has no idea. this is down to the managers persistance to play one upfront and play slow build up play, force the ball through a congested center and give the lone striker no service. after watching Thursdays game I thought we had turned the corner, we moved the ball at pace, used the full width of the pitch with wingers being wingers and got crosses into the box, but it seems it was just a flash in the pan, today Townsend on the bench, no speed to our passing, to many balls forced through the middle, Soldado isolated, sound familar? watching Spurs play this season is like watching ground hog day, Even Brenden Rogers said after the game that Spurs play a high line so told his players to get stuck into us at every opputunity, then feed a ball through the back line asap, the result was for all to see. even with 11 men we still kept running into brick walls in the middle, I should not have to say this, the manager is paid to watch the game and change things to suit, all AVB is doing is dreaming and saying, its ok it will come good soon!. AVB wake up and smell the coffee, bin this lone striker crap and do what needs to be done.
£108m, what a waiste of money. O and we had only 9 shots at goal with 0 ON TARGET!!!!!.

You would have to question the players we bought for the "Bale" money.  We must also question Baldini's involvement?  We have spent the money on 7 players but we didn't get the balance right.  No cover at left back and defintely no real wide players and no thought put into how we could best utilise Soldado?  We can't bring on players like Holtby, Lamela and Eriksen and think that three 21 year olds are going to get us into the top 4?  How many of our players would get into Man City team?  Even if AVB goes and I think he has to because tactially he is useless.  He said before the match that Suarez could destroy us so maybe the players believed that and it happened !! We have given AVB enough time we just got the wrong manager when you look at Rodgers and Martinez.

Well I got up at 5 am to watch this game before going to work, how humiliating to not only to lose 5-0, but to lose at home, to the scousers of all people who were minus their captain and Sturridge. I am lost for words. Don't anybody dare try and make excuses for AVB( I'm sure there will be one or two) because his coaching performance was abysmal.

Worst game I have watched for a long time. Maybe sky knew something we didn't by having 3 Liverpool (or ex) pundits.

I will not make excuses for AVB, sacking him is one thing, but who would take his place and get us out?

Where to start. Once again, we were hopeless from the kick off. All the prem teams know how to play us, and therefore we struggle to beat anybody these days. As for top 6 sides, then forget it.
On current form we have one player only who would get into any of the top 6 sides, and thats Lloris. How bad is that.
Somebody has to take the can for this seasons debacle, and for me its Levy. He has made one mistake too many. After all, he sacked Redknapp, and he appointed AVB / Baldini, and entrusted them to spend 100 million on a bunch of players, not one of whom would get into any of the sides above us.
Unfortunately for AVB there is no way he can survive much longer, as he has absolutely no plan B when plan A clearly isn't working. Are we to wait until we are smashed by Man Utd, then probably humiliated by Ars*nal in the cup ?
I am no fan of frequent manager sacking, but I cannot for the life of me see how he is going to turn this one around. Can anybody ??
We are worse than we were under Ramos, our only hope is for someone to come in now, and try to restore some sort of semblance of a football team before our season is a complete write off. I cannot believe that even Everton are now miles ahead of us, having spent jack s**te.

       RSS61,
The reason teams know how to play and beat us is simple, WE ARE PREDICTABLE, we play the same way WEEK IN  -  WEEK OUT, nothing ever changes in the way we set-up and play.
Did you not hear what Brendan Rodgers said after the game, "I just told my players that Spurs defence play very high, so we can really hurt them if we counter attack quickly." Guess what they Bloody well did didn't they.

As for the rest of your post, I couldn't agree more, IMO we have the players, in fact we have some real quality players, but unfortunately their potential isn't being utilized to their utmost, and that unfortunately lands fairly and squarely on the shoulders of the Senior Coach and his STAFF.
The questions that need to be answered are:-
                   1. If we fire AVB, Who is available to replace him??
                   2. Will anyone want to take the Job?? (I'm Sure there will be)
                   3. Will that person be able to turn it round??
                                  and most importantly
                   4. Is there enough time left to salvage something out of this Season?????????

                           Therein lies the problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was at the match and people were booing and walking out so I wasn't surprised that he was sacked. Personally things changed when we had a player sent off; it was inevitable that we would concede other goals.

I suppose the good news is that we are in a good position for when the new manager takes over.
I’ve lived a life that’s full. I’ve travelled each and every highway;
And more, much more than this,
I did it my way.

Regrets, I’ve had a few;
But then again, too few to mention.
I did what I had to do
And saw it through without exemption.

We were 2-0 down when Paulinho got sent off and Liverpool were all over us they had hit the post and bar and we hadn't even had a shot on target, so nothing changed that much when we went down to 10 !!!
