ugs,

When Alex Ferguson had the same problems when he joined United. AVB has a new team together; of course it takes time. He will be judged on his end results and what trophies he has won or not won.
I’ve lived a life that’s full. I’ve travelled each and every highway;
And more, much more than this,
I did it my way.

Regrets, I’ve had a few;
But then again, too few to mention.
I did what I had to do
And saw it through without exemption.

Voice your doing it again trying to justify a bad argument with a ludicrous statement !!
AVB is no Alex Ferguson, and Ferguson took over a team in decline at United we were very much on the up under Redknapp !!!

Voice we all have a right to choose how we judge the team and the manager, we dont have to go by your opinion.  Many are judging on what we are delivering on the pitch which is fair enough.  You choosing to judge at the end of the season is fair enough, but dont push it onto all as if it is the word of the board and all powers as it isnt is it.  You do not know how others are choosing to judge only yourself and those express their views and feelings here.

I like other am getting worried and frustrated, but I refuse to call for a change I still believe he will come good.

I second that comment. No need for changes at this point, just wait and see!

         Gentlemen, the only change that I am calling for is, to change from 1-4-5-1 to 1-4-4-2, so we have a second striker to play alongside Soldado which just might help him to achieve what he was bought to do and that gentlemen, IS TO SCORE GOALS and play as a striker and not have to go so deep in order to get the ball that he is almost playing as the SIXTH midfielder!!!!  Can nobody see that or is it just a figment of my imagination. I am telling you right now if we continue to employ the same tactics, I am sorry to say that we will end up roundabout 6th or 7th, without a coach and winning something this season will be a Distant DREAM and this season will turn into a BLOODY NIGHTMARE.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

To be honest he has tried two strikers up front to no effect. As I have constantly said; the midfield need to get the ball to the striker(s).

             Voice, Sorry but that is a crock of s**t, he hasn't started 1 PL game with 2 strikers, I would suggest before making such statements you check your facts, because I have, AVB persists in playing 1-4-5-1, so how on earth can you say that it has no effect when we don't know, because AVB hasn't tried it. Before he or anyone knows whether it works or not you have to give it at least 2 or 3 games, possibly more, bearing in mind we have 4 strikers if you include Harry Kane.

I never said he had started a game using two strikers. I said he has used two strikers up front; which is totally different. I know you want to catch me out; but please read what I said.

Anyway; I don't think the problem is with two strikers or even one striker. I have constantly said that the midfield or wingers need to get the ball to the striker or strikers.

        Voice when has he tried 2 strikers up front, the only times he has, has been with substitutions and that is out of desperation, maybe, just maybe, he should consider starting with 2 strikers, maybe it will give the opposition something else to think about, it might just make us a little unpredictable.
         I am not trying to catch you out, and I always read what other people post and endeavour to reply with sensible and what I consider to be a constructive comment.

Lads, this has nothing to do with our game against Sunderland, so, I'll close this thread.
