What with the uncertainty of Adebayors future at the end of the season, Defoes limitations, and Pav's indifferent attitude, we absolutely must get a striker in January.

There is a chance that both Pav and Defoe could leave if the right offer comes in. The way Harry is talking I would expect a couple of key signings in Jan, I know this is unlikely but I think Ade may be one of them, with him agreeing to take a drop in wages (maybe with large bonuses attached). I also think we will try and buy a special player as HR puts it, and for that I think he must be talking of a proven player with champ league experience. As for the right winger we need as back up, how about Albrighton from AV. He is young, quick and skillful and not even playing as often as last year when he did really well. He wouldn't keep lennon on the sidelines but good as back up. Either that or we need another good right back as I feel Walker could be pushed up on the wing when needed.

Yes agreed. Assuming we make top 4 then a general strenghtning right across back 4 to try and cut out the number of bad goals we concede as well as a top striker. Albrighton not a bad shout
