Mmmmm. Tell that to Lester Piggott jailed for much the same thing. Rich people rarely go to jail for certain offences it's true but you dont mess with the Tax man cos he always wants his pound of flesh.

If he gets found guilty (prison or not) then he has to be sacked. Simple really.
"Any player coming to Spurs whether he's a big signing or just a ground staff boy must be dedicated to the game and to the club. He must be prepared to work at his game. He must never be satisfied with his last performance, and he must hate losing."

Why?

Because he's a criminal. Obviously if he is sent to prison then we have no choice, but even if he doesn't, I don't want our name to be damaged by having a criminal running out football club.

Love the man for what he has done to us, but being in charge if found guilty? No thanks.

Hero to Villain overnight almost.
The case does not start until January and only then will he be judged.

Meanwhile lets continue to support him and wish him well.
He certainly has helped the team to where we are now!!!

He is innocent at this point and yet to be proven guilty. I sincerely hop there is no case against him.

If he is found gulity, he should be be definitely sacked and this would  kill any chance of becoming England Supremo. I think he will retire.

How can he be guilty? He's the manager of Spurs, surely that means he's above the law

What worries me is the timing of his trial how can he focus on transfers with all that going on. And who's going to sign with all the uncertainty that will inevitably surround his future as Manager. I just hope it all gets sorted before the window shuts.

We won't sign anyone until the 31st anyway!
