Just looking back at the original thread and having a laugh. It has become obvious by now that Walker is probably one of the best right backs in the country and will almost certainly make the position his for England by the Euros. He offers speed, power and an incredible work rate. Is defending is getting better game by game and will shortly be absolute top notch !!

Agreed he is certainly taking his chance and although his attcking play is stonger than his defending he is improving !!!!

Lively going forward and probably stronger in defence.
Could make this position his own with a few more games even when
the "others" return to fitness.

i think his defending isn't incredible but he has enough of an attacking mind to make up for any defensive mistakes

Class act, with a bit  of work on his positional sense he will be a good right back, even so his positioning can be a bit lapse as he has the pace to track back every time.
