Watched him play against MK Dons last night. He was dreadful. On a positive note young Harry Cane looked good when he replaced him.

His time is done with us, those that are hoping he will come good this season and bag the goals are living in a sugar bubble.

Lets hope Newcastle go for him and Levy doesnt try to be too clever 10 mill see ya Defoe!

Couldn't agree more. he didn't want to be there on Tuesday.  I would say the same for Bentley, tries to cross, gets blocked and then does his hair.
Pav and Kane took their goals well and Nico's was sublime. I thought Charlie put in a good shift as well.

Exactly ASF remember what he was like when we had the Berba Keane partnership!

Good to see most are still living in hope that Defoe will knock them in next season and score over 10...... its lush to dream aint it!

Ah but the poll says how many goals will Defoe score next season, it doesn't say Spurs goals. He may well join Newcastle and start scoring for fun.

His success has always been his initial pace and his ability to run from the other sides central defender. His continual injuries over the years have taken this ability away. In short, he is knackered. The good news is that he is so rich it doesn't matter to him.

So lets sell him for what we can get and move on !!

I think Defoe took his goal well at the wk end, give his confidence abit of a boost before the season starts.
