Haha sounds awful. Book a holiday for a few weeks or do a bit of shopping....

Only thing worse than Saturday shopping is bloody pre season games. Hate them.

Gotta make sure I don't male a school boy error and book a holiday during the first game of the season! Never lived that down.

Good stuff, Taime  ;)  I'll be running some errands for the wife myself today, but I've got the benefit of having the summer off in Tampa, Florida. This morning I find myself shooting at an alligator with an air pistol in my backyard - truthfully. This weekend is the Memorial Day holiday at the family beach house on Treasure Island - maybe I'll post some pics. 7 of the Premier League teams have US friendlies scheduled this summer along with Barca and Real Madrid. I've got the USA v Panama in Tampa, Bolton & Newcastle playing Orlando City at the Citrus Bowl, and Barcelona v Chivas at Dolphin Stadium in Miami.  That's about the closest I can get to real footy.

Of course, we've also got the NBA playoffs in Miami, the Stanley Cup playoffs in Tampa, and Major League Baseball all summer, but y'all probably don't care about that  8)

Can totally understand why foreign fans love pre season games and I love the fact that other fans get to the games, but they simply have no appeal for me.
