We haven't even managed to move Keane on. I'm not surprised we haven't brought a new striker in. I don't even think they've finalized a loan move to West Ham yet. Remember Redknapp saying when he goes it won't be a loan move again? Now we can't even get a loan move.

I'm not going to pretend I know everything that's going on behind the scenes, but unless there's some outbound traffic before the window closes I think we have to consider this a pretty unsuccessful transfer window considering that was the stated goal.

This transfer window is totally pissing me off.
In
Khumalo
Pienaar

Out
Keane (Completed a medical this weekend and going on loan to the dirty hammers, with a view to permanent move IF they stay up, so if they dont we get him back!?!? We dont want him! Just get rid of him Harry!)
O'Hara (Wolves loan sounds imminent, he travelled up there yesterday reports say, this however is a good move for him to get games under his belt)
Bentley

Our (fans) targets this window were striker, a striker and a bloody striker!!! FFS Harry sort it out! I have a very bad feeling that we will see out the rest of the window without any deals being done. YID ARMY

Without a doubt, he really could be the last piece of the jigsaw !!!!

Completely disagree.  He'd be perfect.  Young, good ball skills, and an animal in the box.  Guy's relentless.

upon further analysis, I iz now willing to concede that on the subject of Llorente, I may have been a tad hasty...

if we can get him, I'm now for it...

From what I've read he seems keen to go to Real Madrid in the summer. Looks like a bit of fan placating to me. Look we are trying but cant get anybody, sort of thing. This window has been a dissapointment so far although we have got a few out none seem to have left permanantly, and those that have come in, whilst welcome, are for areas where we have adequate cover already. We do however have a history of late deals so whilst the window is open we may yet be suprised.
