Pienaar isnt just a squad-player... unlike Krankie.... Pienaar will compete successfully to get regular starts at either wide-midfield position or even as a 2nd striker..

what he will NOT be doing is competing for a CM role....Jenas will regain his USUAL place in CM, as soon as he is fully-fit... as always.

Outstanding addition. I have always admired the energy and determination Pienaar brings to a game. I believe he will play a huge part in the rest of the season. Somehow i believe that with Pienaar on the field Modric will find more space and time and that can only be good.

A nice addition but I still feel sorry for Kranjcar who was so instrumental last season and will now be probably thrown out. Are we becoming the new Chelsea or ManC?

we are nothing like Chavski or Al Citeh..... we always balance the books, as any club should..

selling Krankie for 5m+ and replacing him with a better player at 3m is good business.... Krankie has already said that he doesnt like playing RM and really only wants to play LM cutting inside, or 2nd-striker...

Pienaar can play either flank excellently and also has more pace, and he is the equal of Krankie in technique..

dont ever let anyone say Spurs have bought success.... we have sold our best players eg. Carrick, Berbatov, Kanoute etc as well as buying in quality players.... our net-spend annually over the last 5-6yrs has been around 12m - which in the last 5yrs has been peanuts...

Definately not mate, we buy players that will serve a purpose either immediately or when developed, we do also buy many players with a view to develop then sell on making a large profit though I think and hope that this approach given last season breaking into the top 4 will now stop or be reduced after all the club needs profit.

Also to become either of the above we would need to throw silly transfer fees  and f**king daft wages at names that are big but not as big as big as their individual egos with the talent coming third

THFC "COYS" and that is all I have to say about that!
