Derry, why?

Carroll would be a great signing for us, he would fit in with our front line perfectly and we wouldn't have to play Crouch !!!!

Just think with Bale, Lennon, Modric, Huddlestone and Van der Vaart creating around him and Carroll using his shall we call it attitude we would score goals for fun!!!!

I Know £30 million is probably double what we should be paying but we need a striker to get us back into the top 4 and we are running out of time !!!!

I'm with Derry on this.... Carroll is just a Crouch with more meat...

we complain angrily that we just lump it up to Crouch whenever he's in the team and turn into another Stoke.... then the same 'experts' drool about the possibility of getting the wife-beater in.... how do you think Arryboy plans to play with a 30m Crouch upfront ??

the logic of some is truly mind-boggling..

Damn, Suarez to Liverpool.
It was clear that Suarez would go but why Liverpool?
To bad he didn't go to Tottenham.

Because he's not worth it...the word unproven springs to mind.

I agree he's not worth it, but he's not unproven more not fully tested yet..... anyway it's all irrelevant now

Berbatov was 30m after scoring 20+ goals in the Prem

No way is Carroll worth 35m  really is laughable Liverpool paid that much

Carroll has benefited hugely from teams/defenders under-estimating him (and Newky) so far this season.... this has enabled him more time/space than a top-rated striker normally gets...I suspect he will not find it nearly so easy to score as regularly for the rest of his Prem career....

I dont even think Suarez will be happy to play 2nd fiddle either.... 2 goalscorers together rarely form a good partnership, as goalscorers tend to be selfish.... they'll both wanna be top-dog and may resent attention for the other...

there may be troooooouble aheaaaaddddd

35 mill not bad for a wife/girlfriend beater.

I'll stick to the old Stella bit cheaper.

I have no idea what a DDOS attack is but it sounds a bit like a girl with large breasts attacking us? Is there any video of the attack as i would like to watch that one day?

I'd like to have seen caroll at the lane - a one man attack is a rare thing to come by. As much as I dont like Drogba (on and off field behaviour etc) players who can hold the line by themselves are worth their weight. Shame we aren't in a postion yet to tempt the (already) big named players to Tottenham. We wil need a couple more years of champs football before that happens methinks.
