In Harry I trust....so he must have a reason for becky.

Plus what shirt sales, how many fans over 8 will want a shirt with his name on it.

Had to chuckle at Harry's comment..."we have no cover for Lennon as Bentley always gets injured on Friday morning"

are you kidding.... of course its a YES!!

the guy here even for 2 months will catapult our status and esteem worldwide and turbocharge the belief of the squad that such a global icon chose to come to Spurs.... and he has fantastic ability beyond just what he does with a football... his off-the-ball movement even now is extremely good, he has great leadership traits and he could fill in at RM or CM most games...

TOTALLY SPOT ON. Beckham will make a HUGE impact on Spurs on every level. Bring it on.

Agree. He's going to cover Lennon and help us prepare for Milan. Do it!
He's strained his left adductor muscle it says. Whats that then ? Do we all have those or just footballers ? I wonder how mine are ? *courtesy of taimedowne*

It's a big no from me because if this is costing us anything at all then it would be better spent on a player that will see out the rest of the season. He has no movement and isnt able to cover the distance even at the old slow pace if we end up playing him i think we would get murdered down the wing if it was him and Corluka.

But i trust Harry and if he thinks this signing helps us then it's fine by me.

1) thats why he wont be used for the full 90mins of games, but probably played the last 30mins or so, to close out games we lead in....IF he's played at RM

2) my guess is that he'll play more often at CM.... or as a holding RM that drifts central... a la Bentley when he played there the last few games last season...

3) even at 35yrs he STILL probably has more pace than Modric.... and Modric played as a wide-middie mostly last season...

After the Wigan/Newcastle game earlier on the TV they had Jamie Redknapp doing the analysis in the studio and they asked him and he said that hes not certain it will happen because of lots of complications in the deal and he didnt sound confident about it. If it happens it happens but i dont really care if we dont get him because we can bring in someone else, and i think we could get better, but if he does come he will add something to the team and i would welcome him.

Yes they also said on SSN that we are one of Beckhams preffered choices but not his 1st choice. Also any talk of him playing against Charlton is just nonsense as he is nowhere near match fit.

I have no idea what a DDOS attack is but it sounds a bit like a girl with large breasts attacking us? Is there any video of the attack as i would like to watch that one day?

If Beckham was to come, i think he would be really useful in Europe rather than the Prem

Europe will suit his pace much better

Apparently if he did come, it would only be for a loan, and according to this article, a short one at that.

I still say HELL NO. :P
