Gareth Bale

Right lets have this talk. Gareth Bale. Now BAE is gone for a while bale will be playing.

Now what has happened to bale  ???

in his first 2 season under Jol i honestly believed that he was one of the best left backs in the league, he had so much potential but he seem like he has gone backwards.

I like bale and i hope he can get his form back, but every time i have seen him play i cringe because he looks half the player he once was.

Before he looked so fearless, now looks like he has the world on his shoulders and that record he has doesn't really help.

whats you thoughts on Bale?

I think he's a great player who just hasn't had a run of games. but now he'll have his chance!!!! We know he's good going forward but he will get tested defensively with the games coming up but with him coming in, harry's not gonna change the team to much and were in good form so i think we'll b ok.
I hope he grabs his chance and puts in some great games because i believe this boy has so much talent

Well the record has gone, so thats good. Harry himself has said that he can be a great player. I think that its good that BAE has come into his own as it gives Bale a chance to develop his game on his own. Whenever I've seen him play I've always been impressed with his attacking game and I think the chance he will get in the coming weeks is a great opportunity to prove himself.

It's all about injuries and lack of match practice. I've always liked his attacking skills and given a run in the starting XI I believe he can hone his defensive skills as well. He is still only 20 years old after all...

Now BAE is injured he can have a good run of games to get some consistency and really prove himself. Harry likes him but there is no way i would pick him over BAE, BAE is definatly our most improved player under Harry and a key part of our team. Bale is a good player and i hope he has a good game this weekend because this will be a hard test.

A good run in the team and im convinced we shall see a new Bale!! Offensivly he is a cracking full back, its just defending that he needs to continue working on. His positioning can be a little suspect but he is young and he is learning all the time, but like i said a good run in the first team will help no ends.

Like Biggs stated, Bale was terriffic in his first couple of seasons under Jol untill injury struck. He was a regular in the side, had no fear going forward with his direct running and vision his performances resulted in a handfull of goals and the odd assist.

I for one are looking forward to seeing the young welsh wonderkid back in the first 11 again...

He played really well agaisnt the scousers, one of our best players I thought. He certainley helped out Ledley with his pace and as usual his attacking play was class. If he carries on like this then BAE will struggle to get back into the side.

I have no idea what a DDOS attack is but it sounds a bit like a girl with large breasts attacking us? Is there any video of the attack as i would like to watch that one day?

I noticed when we fought leeds. The biggest problem was that Krancjar was missing on the right and hutton exposed. Bale was too up front and Bassong n Daws was Isolated and they were panicking since Their striker was faster than them. Bale should learn from BAE That he should learn when not to attack. Bale got great attacking flanking skills but it would be useless if we cant defend. Krancjar should learn how to defend more on the right. He was okay on the left but somehow on the right he was abit missing in defence. Modders tried his best in the middle and his contribution was awesome. Jenas shouldnt play at all! I noticed everytime we counter attack that guy just stops and back pass. It completely destroyed the play! He did that lot of times!

bale has great pace and always get himself into good positions but never delivers that quallity ball im waiting for and when defending miss places a pass or tackle in the most dangerous of places and is always guilty of putting the defence under pressure.....

he was so enthusiastic and up for it when he first arrived at spurs, that first injury he had for months changed him as a player.

i hope he never becomes an 'had potential and never really forfilled it' but its looking that way
he is only 20 though.......
