The Mansion
English Conference

Manager Daniel returns to the dugout following his 2 game touchline ban. He set SNFC out in a very attacking formation with the full backs given more freedom to get forward.

Striker alma was deemed not fit enough to start but made the bench.

The first half was a masterclass from SNFC, with 60% possession, they completely destroyed their opponents. They were left frustrated for 34 minutes before finally taking the lead. It came from a mix up from the Weymouth defence. Keane on Spurs picked up the loose ball, then lifted it towards Rob for him to head in.

As the fourth official indicated the time added on to the first half, SNFC would score 2 goals in the space of 35 seconds.

The first came from Keane on Spurs, who hit a savage right footed shot that the keeper had no chance with. It was his first goal for the club.

Seconds later the ball was back in the Weymouth net. Geordiespurs picked out Biggs in the box, for him to turn and shoot. It was an excellent strike.

The second half began like the first ended. SNFC were all over Weymouth, and with just 4 minutes gone it was 4-0.

Biggs did well to swivel past two players before passing to Rob in the area. The American finished in style to cap a wonderful team goal.

SNFC are now averaging 4 goals a game and only conceding 2. With the way they are going promotion is almost a certainty.

Quote from: Daniel on whether he is thinking of promotion already
Yes, of course that is our main aim here. We set our sights high and I am confident we will achieve them

Quote from: Daniel on alma
She will be back for the next game, it was too much of a risk today.

Another Day, Another Win

What better a way to kick off the official website of the Mighty Network than with manager Daniel returning to inspire a 4-0 romp over Weymouth? Rob led the way yet again with another stellar, two-goal performance, his fourth multi-goal performance of the young season.

The shot count was relatively low, but some suggested this was because SNFC was so dominant, they were toying with their opponents, and the fact that Weymouth only managed to squeeze off a single shot supports this. The truth is, Weymouth tried everything to get into SNFC's area. If they went in on the ground, if Daniisco didn't get them, the defenders usually did. And if they tried to air-ball it in, it was the usual Canadian "dee-nial" from captain DC76 or a calm take-down by COYS.

Everyone was involved in the offence. There was no better indicator of this than the fact that two of the three most prolific passers in the game were the two left flankers! The unorthodox 5-1-3-1 formation put emphasis on attack for the midfielders, and it obviously paid dividends as Biggs and Keane On Spurs exploded for two goals in the space of 35 seconds in first-half stoppage time! Both also had an assist. Biggs looked confident as an attacking midfield/centre forward, wheeling and dealing and creating chances. All three attacking midfielders registered an assist in the match.

Metalhead DC76 had the following roared offering for the fans after the match:

"CONFERENCE
TOO GOOD FOR THEM
RUTHLESS
WE DECIMATE THE LEAGUE!!"

And so far, that's exactly what they've been doing, having only allowed two goals while scoring four per game.

Georginho is dropped to the bench :

" I do everything the manager tells me to, after I get a rating of an eight I get dropped to the bench and then the reserves! Am I being pushed out of the club? Georginho needs answers?!?!"
