Is there any future for Mido at Tottenham? After a great first season I don’t think it is unreasonable to suggest that his second term has disappointed many. Should he stay or should we look else where?

Time for him to go I'm afraid. He won't get the chance to prove his worth with us now.

i think hes going but its a shame ive always rated mido he did prove himself last season but then berbs came here we paid alot for him so had to use him and he has been quality but when under no pressure to perform he is quality like defoe when keane was injured and defoe knew he would be out for a while defoe was on fire but then keane came back and his form dropped

if and i think he will stay and if he dries up next season and loses the form hes showin now will u be slating berbs like this and sayin u think he should go

He should go. Had a reputation as trouble before he came here and now I see why. No doubting his talent but he`s overweight and doesn`t work for the team. I think he cost us the win at Stamford Bridge in the cup when he came on, seemed to give it away with every touch and didn`t apparently give a monkeys.

Hard to see how he didnt give a monkeys mate, cause i can remember him celebrating like mad when we were beating chelsea 3-1 at the bridge. Every goal he was off his seat, so he must care for this club.

He just isn't fit enough at the moment, but even if he was no way would he take Berba's place in the starting line up.

I'm not really sure he's had any chance to shine this season. He looks unfit now, but i was desperate for him to stay last season. Funny how things change - remember what a hero he was. I think he could come good again if he thinks he has any future at the club. The whole transfer deadline Man City episode can't have been good, as he knows he was on his way out, but we're going to need 4 strikers if we want to be a top club. I think we have 4 good strikers now. I'd like to see him stay and rediscover morale and form.

Bye bye!  Surplus to requirements I'm afraid, & definitely not good enough if we want to progress. :bye2:

Great first season but not surprisingly this year he has been rusty when he has had to come in for like a game every 2 months.

Mido had a very good season last year but this year he has seemed a bit rubbish. I'm sure if Mido could do it last year he could do it again but he is never going to be as good as Berbatov. Mido has also looked like he lacks a bit of effort this year and could have given a lot more against Chelsea at the Bridge in the FA cup this year. If he wants we should let him move on to Mancheter City or wherever as we will get enough money for him i'm sure. Bring back the great Sheringham as his replacement!

If he is happy to stay then keep him. When he is fit most teams in the premiership would have him starting every week although with Berba he will have to be content with a place on the bench. He was awesome last season so He is proven

Agree with much said here.

Disapointing second season, even though he only got pitch time in snatches it was understandable he may be rusty, did miss some sitters.

Rumours of a barney with Jol wont help his cause.

However he is still young and undeniably a good replacement if given a run. Might be wise to give him one more season cos it will be hard to get as good for the same money.

I agree, if Mido is willing to accept a role as back up to Berba, If he as ambition he will not accept that.  His fitness and sharpness this season has been off the mark, but he IS a proven quantity.  He could never challenge Berba for a starting spot though:wacko:
