Moments You Want To Forget!

What with being a Spurs fan,we all have no shortage of disappointing memories of times gone by at Tottenham.I was just wondering what everyone on the networks are?

My ones would be:

Spurs 3 Man City 4

Gallas' last second goal last season

Last day at West Ham last season

Spurs 3 Man Utd 5

These are the main ones I could think of and have to say I felt physically sick on all of them.

PS Sorry if this brings back bad memories so feel free to add your favourite moments to make yourself feel better

Getting relegated in the 70's. Losing to Ars*nal in F.A cup semi final in the 90's And worse of all when they won the league at the Lane in 1971 to become the second team to do the double.

That is very true, as these Johnny come lately Chelsea supporters will find without the bitter taste of defeat you cannot truly savour the sweet taste of victory.

All of the above are good examples....but like THEOSPURS I wouldn't want to forget all the bad moments, it's part of the history of the club. Disappointments...yes. Obviously this season going out of Europe was devastating, not finishing off Chelscum in the FA Cup 3-3  - that for me was the lowest I've EVER felt believe it or not & we didn't even lose! Getting thrashed by Manure 4-0 I had to leave the room after the third. Going right the way back to 1987 when we lost to Coventry 3-2 in the cup final. There's probably tons of others, but after a long day at work, I just can't access the info in the far depths of my brain!

Since I'm a relatively new yid, I'd have to say the last game of last season. I still think there was something fishy going on.

Good point about disappointment making victory taste sweeter, how sweet did it taste when we beat West Ham after last seasons disappointment? How sweet did it taste after we beat Chelsea after so many years?
