Some rumours about Assou-Ekotto moving to Inter Milan. I sure hope it's just a rumour.

You are in Australia.... there is 9 hours to go (as from now; 14.10)
I’ve lived a life that’s full. I’ve travelled each and every highway;
And more, much more than this,
I did it my way.

Regrets, I’ve had a few;
But then again, too few to mention.
I did what I had to do
And saw it through without exemption.

Apparently Levy wanted QPR to take Townshend, Jenas and Bentley as a package deal. 2 of them as permanent deals due to loan regulations. Even Harry is not that daft. Although from what I'm hearing now maybe he is as it seems to have been revived.

I've been checking every few minutes and there is a lot of speculation. We probably won't know until 11 the dead line.

You obviously live in a different time zone. It is 8.10PM UK time and  I am watching SKY News. The Window will be shut at 11.00PM UK time. Almost 3 hours left.  :up:

There are strong reports about a Damiao deal still on the cards as this present time of 8.10pm UK time.  :nods:

looks like we are not signing anyone tonight. 4th spot now hangs in the balance!
Maybe next year...

The rumor on Damiao is now dead and there is just 24 minutes left.

4th spot definitely in the balance. I think we all lived in hope, but Levy does it yet again!

I guess we'll have to all live in hope that Defoe will re-discover his touch, and Adebayor will find his. A big ask.

We really need to take a leaf out of Fergusons book. He gets his deals done as soon as the season finishes, so that they are bedded in for the new season. Lets hope Levy's gamble pays off, and we get 4th spot, or I think fireworks will follow.

At the other end of the scale, Harry has talked Fernandes into spending 20 million on the types of players who all have a chequered history. If that fails, then my bet is he will walk away leaving them in the same mess that Leeds and Portsmouth ended up in.

To be fair to Levy, at least he does not do that.
