Much is being made of Spurs and possible summer signings, IMO assuming we dont lose anyone i think we only need to sign a left winger. Apart from that i am quite happy with the players we have in our squad.

Would like to see Downing sign for us, think with him on left and lennon on the right we will be an attacking force to be reckoned with.

Downing?! Yes if he was 6mil or less then yes but 12mil!? No way, all hes good @ is crossing newas...

I would prefer Nani, 19 and a wonderkid whos said 2 be the new figo/c.ronaldo

Oh yeh, this is on the wrong section... Post something like this on spurs banter next time, 1 of the admins might move the article...

Downings crossing is no better or worse then Lennon's. He's proven in the EPL, can we afford to hang on for another season for a talented youngester to settle in..??

As i said first post, will not make that mistake again.....promise..!!

I did 1 2day as well + iv posted 50 timz or something, so no worries mate, we all make mistakes...

I think we should get M. Petrov then... Experienced out + out left winger who plays in la liga 4 athletico madrid, so im sure he wont need time settling in

three words... morten gamst pederson.. attacking winger, fast, can shoot, can cross, brilliant free kicks..prem experience.... we should go all out and sign him.

2 be honest i would like 2 see a young player who hav never seen play b4 on a personal front, as it would be exciting seeing him play 4 the 1st time + stuff...

I still think we need another young player (how many have we got?!) even tho many may agree, as it will keep the spurs side energetic as our midfield has a lot of pace - lennon,zokora,jenas... Im not 2 keen on pederson he isnt good enough 4 spurs in my view... But then again there arnt many left wingers so i cant get 2 picky...

agree with you about buying and bringing on young players, Lennon and Dawson are two brilliant examples, but still feel we need to buy a player who will make an instant impact (i dont mean old men looking to boost their pensions either) As a team felt we suffered at the start of the season with too many new signings adjusting to the pace and physical side on the EPL. For that reason alone think Jol should be looking in the EPL or SPL.
MGP might do it for us..!!
