For those of you fools that don't understand the difficult situation I am in, I shall now spell it out.

I have a very poorly behaved Jack Russell, that at any opportunity will get on my computer and start a thread or post something quite controversial when I am not around.  Whilst I don't begrudge the money it cost me to take her to Dog training classes, I wish I had not taken her to I.T classes.

If anyone has the same problem with their dog, I would very much like some advise.

CHEERS.

It wasn't me it was the dog dat dunnit!

I have had a thing or two to say about Baldbloke's wild comments, tried in vain at times to challenge some of his views, but I have kept any personal insults very minimal to non existent. You can say what you like about him, but he does have a funny side.  :) :)
Maybe next year...

Its time that the AVB knockers were man enough that there is a chance they were wrong.
The starter of this thread keeps his mouth shut, obviously. Just wait until we lose or draw...

Let me be the first person to start the imminent and obviously pending campaign to get this idiot out of our club. Levy has made us the laughing stock of the prem and also needs to take a hike. I am embarrassed to call myself a Spurs supporter....

Who's with me ?

I just thought it would be intersting to remind you of this comment made by an "embarrassed" Spurs supporter.
Could he be even more embarrassed now?   :nods:

At the moment we are playng alot better and getting results so I am happy and I think you'll find that Baldbloke has said pretty much the same thing in recent weeks, so please leave off the insults and just be happy that the team is winning and we are being won over !!!!

We have 6 games to play before the end of January. So my new target for spurs is this:

12 points – Full support regardless of transfers
9 – 11 points – One major signing needed. Otherwise AVB and Levy out
8 points or less – Two major signings needed. Otherwise AVB and Levy out.

(From a different thread.)

I set out what I would like to happen after the Stoke game, giving AVB a chance to really show what he and Mr Levy's are made of.

So far we have achieved 9 points from 3 games so 3 more points in 3 games (which looks very obtainable in our current form) and I will support AVB till the end of the season, even if we don't get the big signing or two we are all hoping for.

The fact that we are in this position already, shows that the team are doing pretty well all in all. Yes there are a few question marks over certain areas. But they are gradually being answered.

I am looking forward to us getting 3 points against QPR and then I can show my full support to a bright young manager with lots of potential. Baldbloke and Ugs will either have to swallow their pride and accept that they may have been premature in their condemnation. I will also then not have to sit with fingers and toes crossed hoping we sign the next messiah.

The fact that he didn't respond to the crowd chanting " give us a wave " obviously shows that he knows that he hasn't won over the majority of supporters yet, and that our crowd are notoriously hard to please.
A top 4 finish would change all that I think.

Win,lose or draw someone will still have a moan. Fickle bunch football fans are. I suppose life would be very boring if everyone liked, agreed on everything.

Its good banter, as long as its kept clean. Carry on  :hide:

I have no idea what a DDOS attack is but it sounds a bit like a girl with large breasts attacking us? Is there any video of the attack as i would like to watch that one day?

My point is simply the fact that most supporters here were happy to give AVB their full support . Innocent until proven guilty if you like. Unfortunately the above mentioned "fans" had him lynched before he even started.

To be frank, as one stage, I was not entirely convinced he was the right man for the job, but that did not mean that he woudn't get my full support regardless of his previous experience or lack of. To me,  liking or not liking him did not come into it at all. So I don't understand the "I don't like him" bit. I mean, I don't really like my boss, but I give him 100% everyday.

IMO, this general dislike of AVB is purely based on the fact that he came to us with a poor CV  due to his his lack of professional football and the fact that he was sacked from Chelsea and for those reasons alone, his creds as a potentially successful manager didn't ring right for some.

We are only half way though the season and historically, we tend to lose ground in the second part. I don't believe this will  happen this time round and we will maintain a good level of wins or draws until May. I doubt that the 10 game or so dive of last year will happen again, but as this is football, anything can happen!

AVB will need the rest of the season and a CL spot for his "haters" to come round starting with a win at QPR. Losing against our old boss would do his creds any good. Can't see that happening though.

Joolz,
As I have stated previously the fact that he was sacked by Chelsea has nothing to do with my dislike  of him, I have never liked him, there is something about the way that he comes across with the Press and TV that I don't like and I can't put my finger on it. Whether my opinion will change or not I don't know, we will have to wait and see. I don't just count myself as a fan, I am fanatical about Spurs and have been for some 60 odd years, I just do not think that he is good enough for Spurs. As simple as that. I, like everyone else is entitled to an opinion, and I am not about to change because others think that I should. Plain and simple, because I don't agree with you does not mean that I am any less of a Spurs supporter than you or anyone else, so I suggest you just accept it.

PF, I think you have the wrong end of the stick here, I am talking about support for our manager.

The fact that you like him or not has nothing to do with it, but wanting him out (including Levy) campaign is not acceptable to me from some people who post on here. I am assuming that you were not one of them?

I can understand that not liking him does not make you any less of a supporter and personnally and I respect that.

Personnally, I think he comes over well on TV. His command of the language is excellent for a Portugal born person. I wonder how may of us can speak Portuguese as well as he can speak english?
