I just don't get it.. we lost to a late penalty against the richest club in the league, we came back from 2-0 down, we took them on right from the start...BE BLOODY PROUD lads!.....In past seasons we would have submitted..for me,as a long time Spurs supporter, it's better to lose with all guns blazing than to 'park the bus'....COYS!

Agreed. Sad, because we came so close to taking all three and came away with nothing, but by the same token... We took the "top" team in the Prem, the team that most pegged to challenge Barca for supremacy in Europe, to the absolute brink, AT THEIR STADIUM. Extremely proud of our lads for all their work. Still upset there's no recompense for Balotelli, who never should've been on the pitch, scoring the winner, but then that's life. Hopefully we'll use this to fuel us going forward and go on a tear here in the second half of the year.

Preach it, brother!

When they got that pen I just fell to the floor. Although for that Bale goal - I've never seen an away end go as mad as we went.
"Any player coming to Spurs whether he's a big signing or just a ground staff boy must be dedicated to the game and to the club. He must be prepared to work at his game. He must never be satisfied with his last performance, and he must hate losing."
