right now we all think if we were the manager things would be different, we would be top of the premiership, we see the managers make stupid decision that if you were the manager would never had made. well.... nows your chance to share your ideas with all us spurs fans ;) if you where martin jol what would you do about transfers, who would be in your first team etc!

basically just write what you think spurs could do to ensure we are up there with the top clubs!

New LM [Pedersen]
New LB  [Heinze]
Decent CB to cover for Leds/Daws [Can't think of one right now]

Flog crap such as Murphy, Mido, Ghaly, Either Lee or Ekotto.

Buy Ashton or Bent.

Sorted.

we def need a another centre back, king is injury prone and although rocha has made some good tackles i think he's a liability

Yep I agree, Rocha and Tony are ok, but time after time after time after time, they are both giving silly free kicks away in dangerous areas for stupid things like pushing.
Although Rocha does put in 110% every game i'll give him that.

Oh..and I'd also work on our Set Peices [Both Attacking and Defending]
Never have i seen us concede so many goals from set play! Nearly every game we're letting um in, and our attacking one's are appauling, barely get past the first man.

Yeah agree Becks, we need to improve on our set pieces. Can't remember the last time we scored from one, and defending them we look shaky.

We need a top left back, maybe Baines or Bale also both are very good at set pieces.

I think we need a Top striker, Saviola will do for me. Him and Berba up front will be quailty.

An attacking centre midfileder, to link up play from midfield to attack. Jenas is sh*t tbh.

Left mid also, Downing, Pederson or Petrov. One of them.

A young CB, Curtis Davies maybe.

Also if I was Jol I would sort out my timing of substitutions.

I think the last time we scored from a set play was Chelsea [2-1 home win prem] :|

Finally, some one else who think's Jenas is s**t! I've said it since the day he signed, he's crap. He goes missing to often during games, gives possesion away very easy, and his set play has been poor of late.
He reminds me of Lampard, does **** all apart from score.

I forgot about Baines..would be a better signing than Bale, he's proven in prem.

We've also got Giles Barnes coming in, Quality player, easily Derbys best player. Just hope he gets his chance.

Crouch? No thanks! We can do alot better then him. Plus i don't think he'd come back from the abuse he got from Pleaty or Hoddle or who ever it was who sold him.

Crouch is SO underrated.

He wins every header, gets about a million assists and about 2 million goals.

He and Berba upfront would just own. Pace is unimportant if you have those two.

I dont mind Crouch tbh but I don't think him and Berba would compliment eachother well. Whereas I reckon Saviola and Berba would work wonders.

Crouchy would be a good asset to the team with set peices, because he would be an obvious target in the box. We don't really have any really tall players, and it is hard for those taking the freekicks or corners to pick out someone..
