Did Harry not say recently that he wasn't ready for the first team yet?
"It's been my life, Tottenham Hotspur,
and I love the club."

The guy can't defend to save his life.
"Any player coming to Spurs whether he's a big signing or just a ground staff boy must be dedicated to the game and to the club. He must be prepared to work at his game. He must never be satisfied with his last performance, and he must hate losing."

I was talking about Hutton not being able to defend but Walker may also still be in the same bracket. He looks a fantastic prospect but still has a lot to learn and IMO won't be our saviour next season like some are expecting.

Hutton and Čorluka are very different players, Hutton has pace and ability to get forward, Čorluka is big and rather immobile. Against Birmingham I'd prefer Hutton but as he was actually reported to be out for the remaining season I don't think his fit enough to start.

Hutton is certainly not a world class right back but neither are Čorluka and Walker.

I like Charlie myself. he is like a stone wall when wingers make the mistake of running into him. Hutton is a wingback who gets forward. After a shaky start, I thought he put in a good few shifts while Charlie was injured, then he got the brunt of Harry's wrath after a bad result mid season - cant remember who it was against. Both have there place, we probably need someone a little better. Rose is a good prospect at LB as he will be a WB surging forward to and I think that our style.

IF (big IF) Levy is to believed from his statement today, we should keep Modders, but who knows: This is what he said :  "but I can assure you that we have no reason to sell, and every intention of retaining, our key players. We shall simply not entertain any approaches for these players."

Note the phrase "not entertain any approaches for these players". Lets hope he is a man of honour and not one that looks down on supporters!

Looks like 4-4-2!!! Line up: Cudicini; Kaboul, Dawson, King, Rose; Lennon, Huddlestone, Sandro, Modric; Crouch, Defoe. SUBS - Gomes, Assou-Ekotto, Corluka, Kranjcar, Jenas, Palacios, Pavlyuchenko.

Great to see Daws and King together again!

I do so like us playing 4-4-2..........more our style. And what about SuperPav!!! SuperPav does it again! I may be wrong, but isn't his prem league tally 2 more than Defoes and Crouch's combined?
