Given the chance, I bet Harry would go, but I don't think that chance will come.  Chelsea will want a big name = someone used to winning championships or the Champions League. Harry doesn't fit the bill.

People need to remember that John Terry and Frank Lampard run Chelsea football club. They will want Redknapp and Roman will do whatever makes them happy.

Not a chance of HR ending up there.

Once Belgium v's Turkey is played in a couple of weeks and if the turks dont win then Hiddiink is 100% nailed on new manager.

Even if he wasnt i doubt HR would get offered it but like a few of you said i am sure he would grab it if he could.

With the two barrow boys on the pitch (and remember the relationship with Lampard) I think Harry will feel at home with such lowlife. Whether he is big enough as far as the KGB boss is concerned is another matter. The fact that he hasn't placed his allegiance to Spurs speaks volumes for his commitment

Exactly mate, if the tosser was serious about building something with THFC he would have come out and rubbished these rumours, but as expected the c*nt that is dodgy knappers is out for himself!

I say it again he has done a good job for us so far overal and for that I am thankful but I cant stand the bloke nor do I trust him!
THFC "COYS" and that is all I have to say about that!

I still believe he'll leave.

Seriously people, you should calm down. Players are on a holiday, maybe we all should have one.

I think that if Chelsea offers him the job, he'd go. He's far to aware of his own reputation to not take that on. Personally, I would love to see his happen; he's just not a good "top" league manager; by which i mean he can make a mediocre team good, but he can't make a good team great. He lacks whatever DNA combination it is that the greatest coaches have that can push a squad to roll out their best most days, and scrape a result even when they're off their game.

So long 'arry, and good riddance if he leaves.

Would Roman put up with HMRC distractions if Harry went there? The guy has enough problems at Stamford Bridge without adding to them. However, I hear there Harry has friction with the Spurs board at the mo over results in the last three months, so anything can happen.

Daily Mail are stating that bookies have slashed their odds on him going to Chelski because of several large bets coming in.

In terms of my opinion, Harry has been playing a big blame game this second half of the season. Something has clearly not been right because he has not been nearly as positive as he used to be.  I do feel that he has been trying to deflect the poor performances away from himself.
Saying that though we've still been playing well. Lots of possession etc.

Weird thing is now I think about it he really never talks about the club as if it were his own. You feel it from someone like Alex Ferguson but Arry seems to distance himself.

Agree buddy. When he was asked about the Chelsea job he said something like "things are going well there (Spurs)". If he felt part of the fabric of the club, he would have said "here". With all the talks about fans being "idioits" and the apparant bickering with the board now over a poor 2nd half to the season, he may well be on his way. He is is not a loyal guy and seems to have lost the dressing room as well. If he goes, it speaks volumes for his commitment (and ability) to get the job done.
