Does the panel think that the Berbatov / Keene partnership of old would have made the difference now?

We never scored from midfield, now we never score from elsewhere

Any striker who scored goals on a regular basis would be welcome at the moment. I dont know about Keane, but Berbatov as lone striker in front of our midfield would certainly be worth a look. I should think he and vdV would be a devastating pairing

There are a few partnerships of old we could do with at the mo to inject some punch into our striking department such as Bersb and Keane or Klin and Sheri but thats all past.

I have to agree regardless how much I hate the tosser Berba and VdV would work lovely for us, lets hope old Whiskey nose doesnt think the same think and turn VdV's head eh!

On a positive we have a real chance of landing Fabiano in the summer, he would do nicely me thinks!
