I gave him a chance and he has showed how bad he is. The football is boring and we should have beated Wigan and Stoke

You never gave him a chance. We are winning and doing well.

As for "we should have beaten Wigan and Stoke," what a load of rubbish. No club is a push over. Quite a few bottom clubs beat top four clubs. Stoke has one of the best defences in the league. The problem here is that you don't understand football.

Regrets, I’ve had a few;
But then again, too few to mention.
I did what I had to do
And saw it through without exemption.

I did notice that, but I was trying to help you out. I didn't want everybody to think you were totally mad.

Its interesting to note that Abramovic is now personally implementing the plan that he hired AVB to do. He is gradually breaking up the dressing room power of Lamps Terry Cole and also now Czec.
The way that AVB has started in the first half of this season gives me encouragement that he actually might just know what he is doing, and that by the seasons end Levy's choice might be justified. He has had a comprehensive look at all the squad in prem action, and is making changes accordingly.

AVB is doing a cracking job to date, i am hoping we don't have a nose dive period like we seem to have every season, if we dont that will speak huge volumes.

I am hoping AVB is the man that will make us true challengers for the EPL title in a few seasons time.
THFC "COYS" and that is all I have to say about that!

3rd in the League  !!!!!

Continues to get my support.
A signing or two and no major injuries and the second half
of the season should be as good as the first if not better.

I think we are capable to manage 2nd.

Where we finish this season is down to how ambitious the chairman is i.e if he is wiling to spend during the transfer window.
Right now 3rd would be ambitious, 4th would equal a successful season and 5th is probably where I would had placed us at the beginning of the season.

We really need a striker now, if someone can come in and get us 10-12 goals from now till the end of the season, then we will have a real chance of finishing 3rd

Providing we don't have injuries I think our squad is good enough to finish 2nd.

I do agree we need another striker; either up front with Defoe or to cover.

Great to see you guys backing AVB and I will confirm my full support for him again.

It is vital that we should strenghten our front line in this window. With Ade gone for a few weeks, I cannot see us scoring too many. We are linked with just about every striker in the world (LOL) and hopefully one of them will sign for us.

I think one of the problems that AVB had with the Spurs boo boys is that they thought that we were getting Chelsea's failures. In fact everybody fails - no matter how successful they are - at Chelsea (under Roman Abramovich). Their loss is our gain. All new managers joining a club should be given a chance. When bringing new players in, letting old ones go it takes time for the team to settle down; considering all that AVB has done a remarkable job. For that he should be given full credit.

To finish 2nd in the league now with Man city having  6pts more than us means we need to take many more points of the top 6 teams. Right now I think we are still a little short when it comes to winning against them on a regular basis. So 2nd place I think is a bit beyond us, but I'm enjoying watching us play at the moment and I'm loving the games against the leagues best teams.

Spot on. Our record against top 6 sides is not great, just the out of the blue 3 points against Man U, and 1 from WBA, out of a total of 18 is hardly top 2 form. We will need to improve on that for sure. A striker would seem to be the obvious remedy.

We still got City, United and Chelsea to play and if we do well against them (which I think we could) then that six point gap will easily vanish. To be honest I don't think they are the problems. It is the lower clubs that can be tricky.

We definitely need another striker now that Ade is going to ANC, it all depends on Levy's willingness to loosen the Purse strings and buy some-one and I have my doubts about that happening but we shall see, we might well be pleasantly surprised.
