Ugs what was your shoulder injury? since August I have had an impinged tendon in my left shoulder rules out flat and incline bench and over head press
Can flat bench with dumbells though as heavy as 65kg DB's, but even just warming up with 100kg on flat bench with Barbell pinches bloody annoying as its taking ages to heal even with treatment I did the damage over head pressing with a barbell no heavy than usual it just decided to pinch the tendon.
The previous August I popped my right Calvicle out too but didnt realise it for 5 weeks thought I had impinged a tendon lol.
Same as you I do a 5 day split focusing 1 muscle group per day then rest Sat and Sun. I find that works best for me for building strength and a wee bit of mass
Dont really do cardio as the walk to and from the gym is enough lol plus just joined a 24 hour gym which is all up hill the way there
