Looking at the other predictions, seems I am somewhere in the middle as far as points are concerned. Like the optomistic ones, but rechecking the games we haveI just cant see it- but I hope that I am wrong!

I can seriously see us W5, D3, L1 giving us 18 points, then Man C W4, D2, L2 (14 points).

We will then both be on 67 points and we miss 4th spot due to a lack of goals scored

Im similar but think we will get 17 points putting us on 66 and I think City will get 15 putting them on 68. Have broken down the results, by game, as I see it for us, City and Liverpool a few posts back. Be interesting to hear what everyone thinks of the results breakdown.

I have to admit i havent even bothered to look at the games we had. I just viewed what our average points per game so far had been then applied it to number of games left.
 
It worked for me last season when for a long time we hovered around the two points per match average. We would have been in with a shout of winning it this year if our record was the same!
 
But cheer up lads we just need Tevez to get injured or suspended and i think the City wheels could really fall off. Mr Sheik rattle and roll wont be too happy at his investment if that happens.

64 points, 4th place. champions league     and i can spend the long boring summer without footy checking the back page of every newspaper seeing who is the latest rumoured transfer.

Ordinarily I would have done the same Miller, but with the way the season has gone for a lot of teams, I looked at each game we, City and Liverpool have and wished I hadn't  . nevermind............there's always next season if we can keep Bale, Modric, Hudders..............just felt sad again lol

To be honest I think we will just nick 4th from Citeh, theres a lot of twists and turns to be had and I feel we are better set for the run in using last year as experience and the fact that we have CL experience to draw on too. Don't get me wrong I think it will be mighty close but I think the game against them at their place will be the decider again and we have a remarkably good record against them there.
 
Liverpool are not going to be a threat this season but they might just do us a favour against Citeh, theres just too many variables too even try and second guess the run in a couple of wins in the next 2 games and things are going to look mighty different..... alternatively a couple of losses .............
