I have no idea of to who Lokaku is really or how good he plays but there has been alot of paper speculation surrounding him recently and he has been linked with a number of clubs.

Lokaku is a tall, powerful, pacy forward who can play as a lone-striker or as a target-man/goalscorer in a 4-4-2...

he is just the TYPE of striker we need and ticks all the boxes for attributes we currently lack.... he has scored 19 goals in 45 games last year in the Belgium league for Anderlecht (which will make a few scoff at the 'inferior' league etc) and is still only 17yrs old...

a Connor Wickham with pace and ability to score regularly..

I would rather have a big name who has an impressive record in Italy/Spain wherever. We are due another big name down at The Lane. I still dont fully trust Harrys signings, i mean he goes and gets VDV which was fantastic the he gets in Gallas?!?!?!

I dont think anything much will happen in January. Unless we get cash in there won't be any going out. There doesnt seem to be that much cash out there for wheeling dealing.

Lets just all be delighted we snatch VDV last minute.

But if the tooth fairy does come calling I would like a fit/quality center half and a top class striker. Thanks

thats the trouble with most fans: they know sweet FA about the actual attributes which are needed to improve the team..... just as long as its 'someone famous' that the mother-in-law may have a fighting chance of recognising in Hello magazine...

if we get an ageing average-sized, no-paced -striker like Forlan who is quite famous nowadays, how is that gonna help us in a squad already containing Defoe, vd, Keano, possibly Kranjcar and Dos Santos who all play a similar 2nd-striker role already at Spurs...

Arry will get a big barsteward with abit of pace, knows when to pass it (yes I'm looking at you Defoe), when to shoot (and when he does, do it with some welly)...

G.Cahill would be a amazing sign but if liverpool went even worse id be very up for stealing G. Johnson's services even though we are urgent for center halves

Kettsu are you serious. Glen Johnson??? :2funny:
The WORST full back ever to wear England shirt. Can't tackle, can't pass and no positional awareness. It still amazes me that Rafa Benitez paid 18 million for him. A much better bet would be Micah Richards - at least he can tackle!!!!! COYS

Top priority is a top centre back with Dawso, Kings looking like retiring this season, we need one desperately, with VDV, Mod, Bale/Crouch combo, Lennon and Thudd we can get goals, primarily we, want a centre back.

Secondly, Fabiano, one word.

Thirdly, Despite occasional very good performances I feel we need to replace BAE especially given his attatcking traits leaving that side exposed with bale travelling at 99% the speed of light up that wing!

We definately need a world class CB and another striker as i fear Robbie Keane won't be given the chance he needs and Crouchy is just not good enough ,Pav i like but won't like playing up front on his own.
