International footy - Canada, Netherlands, England, Finland, Germany, Uzbekistan, Morocco (except for el-Karkouri, he is crap. He's the singular reason Morocco didn't go to the last WC.)

Other footie leagues (many of these are casual, not Vancouver or Werder, though :p):

Germany - Werder Bremen, Energie Cottbus
France - Strasbourg
Spain - Deportivo La Coru

That's about it really - not into many other sports where I would say I support a "team" but I do look out for football scores for the following:

Stevenage Borough - local team
Barcelona - One of my best friends lives there and supports them

I admire people who play their sport well - individuals and teams that I can always watch include Man Utd, Tiger Woods, Phil Taylor, Ronnie O'Sullivan for example!
