Apparently Harry said that Forlan wants to play for Tottenham

I read a post on a spurs site, that during the world cup highlights show Harry revealed Forlan 'wants to play for Tottenham'  first impressions were it was bull, but it has been backed up by transfer tavern also, still doesn't make it true but it has a link to the video of the highlights show, but I can't watch it as its for only UK viewers, can someone watch it and verify or kill this rumour for me. Yeah weirdly though Arry said it really seriously as if he knew the bloke was interested but it was almost as if Arry wasn't interested lol
