what about getting teddy on the coaching staff .he is a fantastic football man and will bring lots to the club.he could also be groomed as jols replacement like bolton did with lee no season spent looking for a manager just steps in and of you go .i think if we dont crack the top 4 next season jol could go to one of the top european teams or even as dutch manager .he is a great coach but has he got the ability to push us on and stop trying to keep players happy and changeing the team let them moan like defoe if they dont like it sell them .

Defoe is not moaning at all... He knows he's important 2 our squad and thinks that him getting a long rest will help him get in2 the England side, you'd of thought he would be unhappy though as he missed the world cup coz he wasnt getting enough games 4 spurs... So i respect him 4 that.
Get Moussa Sissoko In Spurs!!!!

And come on City, break that bloomin' top 4!

I like the idea of teddy being a coach for us, that would be fantastic. Maybe west spam are thinking that by keepinh him this long?? But we all know he sould surly pick Spurs over West Ham to work for!
It would obviously take Teddy a while to get all the correct badges to be a Premership manager, but im all for him being groomed to take charge of us in the future!
But...
I think BMJ is the man right to lead us on now, we will only get better under Martin in the comind seasons with the team he and the bored have assembled. Personally i would hate to see him leave, i think i would actually cry!!
The day Jol leaves this club will be a very sad day, but id we have Teddy (spurs at hear) ready and waiting i will be happy!

It is a good idea as I said before it would one of the best days if he was our manager. Down there at Wet Spam he's just there on the bench watching and getting frustrated. I would have to agree that he would surely choose us over wet spam.
Just need them coaching badges and put it all together but I say that we should go for him in future.

At the moment we are doing well under MJ and building a great young team for the future. On the downside I would be one person who will be devstated if he did leave. WHL will fall silent the day Martin leaves, but once we get a legend back at the club I will be pleased to hear it.

I'd love to see Teddy back at Spurs once he's finished at Wet Spam. The guy's a legend. However, I thought my dream had come true when Glenn Hoddle took charge but look how that turned out!  I'd like to think that MJ will stick around for a good few years yet though. I think he's the best thing to happen to us in a long time (apart from Berba)! lol

Having Teddy at Spurs again would be fantastic, but I love MJ and don't want him to go. So best scenario would be Teddy could come and work alongside Jol then take over at the right time! :)

Teddy would be good. But dont forget another ex Spur Colin Calderwood is doing a good job with Nottingham Forest. I wouldn't be at all suprised if one day he becomes our Manager.
