Drogba
« on: February 19, 2011, 05:28:04 PM »
The way things are at Chelski now, it's looking like Drogba may well be on his way out the door at the end of the season.

What do you think about a one off bid for him and offer him a two year contract.

Do you think he could do a job for us up front, proven Premier and Champions League pedigree and he wouldn't have to move far etc etc..,,,,

He would be perfect up top.. Big, strong, skillfull, Powerful striker who can hold up the ball and bring others in.

I just don't think Drogba would be interested in moving to another club in the Premier League.

He'll go Marseille or maybe Madrid.

Yes definatly!

Drogba is a "top class" striker even at 33ish. Has has great attributes like mentioned, but above all Drogba scores shed loads of goals every season, he could be a real success at WHL.

But he's a pr1ck and is the among the worst for diving as well as being a huuuuge moaner! But having said that I wouldn't complain seeing him in a spurs shirt for a season or so. I just don't think Levy would be interested due to the sell on value being close to nothing. I'm sure Harry would like him though (on the cheap ;-))

He is a cheat. A pathetic, play acting, petulant player who throws his dummy out when things are not going his way. I would be embarassed to see a spurs player rolling around on the turf like he does. We already have gomes to do that sort of thing. I would prefer Anelka.!!!!!!!

I'd be happy with Drogba or Fabiano. Don't see him going to another PL club either but you never know. I used to despise Drogba, but he seems to have cut out the diving in the last 2 seasons or so.

I am in 2 minds about Drogba, no questioning his pedigree as he has vast expereince on the big stage and has been bloody successful.  He is getting on in years but is still one of the best all round strikers in the EPL and would suit or style of play and favoured tactics and am certain would do the job.

However his wage demands would almost certainly not fit in with our wage structure, he has been and still does show signs that he wants things his own way or its tantrum tosser time, though I think Arry and Jordan could handle him and as already mentioned I think he would move abroad for one final big pay day!

Fabiano we have been linked with again apparently now he wants away... how our season pans out and finishes wil depend on our ability to attract and secure players of this calibre as we wont be paying silly f**ker wages like Manc Citeh!
THFC "COYS" and that is all I have to say about that!

We need a striker in the Drogba mode, The man himself??? If we can get him then hell yeah, cant see Levy wanting to splash alot on him though

The guy has quality, no doubt, but having seen him cheat his way through so many games (the dive towards the end of the Utd game a few weeks ago was worthy of an Oscar), I would be disgusted to see him pull on white shirt.
