An interesting article here from Yahoo! Sports columnist Martin Rogers, who hails from Greater London but is currently based in Los Angeles.

agreeed, I think he's hit the nail on the head.
"It is better to fail aiming high than to succeed aimin low. And we of Spurs have set our sights very high, so high in fact that even failure will have in it an echo of glory."

And there you have it from the American camp. I'd be interested to see the data, but it seems to me that only Manchester United has more games televised than Tottenham on ESPN2 & FSC (Fox Soccer Channel) here in the States. Ars*nal is also on quite a bit, followed by Chelsea I would guess. I am able to watch Spurs live on local media more often than the Indianapolis Colts which is saying something. Tottenham plays the type of football that Americans want to see.
He's strained his left adductor muscle it says. Whats that then ? Do we all have those or just footballers ? I wonder how mine are ? *courtesy of taimedowne*

The really ggod thing is how young our squad is: we could have an awesome team in 3 years time if they all develop

LOL... I seem to pick those for my teams in sport. Between Spurs and my Vancouver Canucks in ice hockey, I've enough to send me to an early grave. :P
