'Messidona's' Super Goal

Lionel Messi scored the second Barca-goal against Getafe (5-2) in the semi-finals of the Copa del Rey last night. And not just a regular goal, it was an amazing goal. The Spanish press are comparing the young Argentinian attacker with the legendary Diego Armando Maradona, and surely not without a reason.... The goal made by Messi last night surely looked like the famous goal from Maradona. Watch this:

I'd say even better than the Maradona's goal. Amazing player Messi is, I'd say him and Ronaldo are the 2 best players in the world atm.

If there is anyone that can live up to Maradona's name its Messi. Amazing talent. Did any of you see Gudjohnsen's body language when Messi scored. He couldn't quite believe his eyes. lol

World-class goal. Messi looks like he is going to be something special when he gets older. He is truely class in my opinion and the commentator is gets way too excited!

Yes it's a great goal but incomparable to the great maradona's for two reasons...

1) it wasn't against the same sort of quality of opposition

2) It wasn't on half as bigger stage as maradonas

I was watching that match and i want to say that it was outstanding and amazing.it really remind the goal of Diago Maradona scored against England in 1986 world cup.No doubt Lionel Messi is the best footballer at present in the world.He really recalls the style and memories of great Maradona.He is outstanding in the ground and most dangerous striker of the world of football.
