After watching this kid play alot this season, i can't help but think we missed out on such a good (left sided) player here.

Why didn't we fork up the cash. the way he is playing at the moment 11m seem like a good deal considering some of the stupid money some players are going for

Yeh.

Last season he seemed like a complete flop and now Villa completely relie on him.

Really does piss me off, as Villa are pushing for that CL spot mainly down to him.

Also his set pieces are immense, so that would have meant we'd have him and Bale down the left side a right footer and a left footer both really good at crossing and set pieces god that would be amazing!

Yeah, gotta hand it to the lad he's been great this season for Villa. Struggled when he first joined, but this season he been quality! Villa are clearly a team on the up. They have some good young English players with an abundance of pace going forward, fair play to Mr O'Neil for forking out the

He has been superb.

We really did miss the boat on this one and he would have been such a fantastic player for us.

Ashley Young you say ... hmm ... Speaking of Villa players, I would very much like Laursen at our RB. Not too sure if his crossing, but if he keeps banging them from set pieces like he's doing it at Villa, it wouldn't really matter to me !

Ashley Young we should have snapped him up when we had the chance. Hopefully in the future we can maybe make a cheeky bid and lure him away from the villans. Him and Lennon on opposite flanks what a sight that would be.
