New White Hart Lane development?

Ive heard that we have bought all the companies and buildings around White Hart Lane. This means that we could knock them down and start building a New White Hart Lane right next to the current stadium. This would mean that we would not have to move to another stadium whilst the building work is being done. We could then move into the new sections whilst the other part of the ground is being knocked down and built on. This would also mean flipping the pitch. A bit complecated but the best solution for us. If this happens we would have a bigger stadium than the Emirates and also a lot more people could go to see Spurs every week. Opinions?

That would not be a great idea to build a new WHL next to the current stadium I know obviously we will have to move to another stadium until the new version of the Lane gets bulit, It is complecated and I would agree it is the best solution for us and I hope this happens to attract more fans to come and see Spurs every week play at the new WHL.

Basicly what's happening is Spurs are developing their stadium in stages so we can continue playing @ the Lane... I've heard a lot about flipping the pitch but were not going 2 build a new stadium next 2 the Lane, but use the extra land 2 actually expand the current 1 as the space is very limited without the demolition of surrounding buildings. The new capacity is thought 2 be 56,000.

Basicly read this: http://spursnetwork.com/forum/spurs-banter/665-sweet-stadium-news-itk.html

Yes, unless Spurs get some corporation 2 finance it meaning that for example if mansion financed it I expect they would change the name 2 'The Mansion' or something...

Could we borrow the money from Enic and use gate reciepts to pay it back over a number of years? I've forgotten the guys name that owns us but he has a personal fortune of something like £2.1 billlion, he could finance the re-development then re-imburse himself.
