Spurs Network FC Vs Dag & Red
The Mansion
English Conference

SNFC took on dangerous outfit Dag & Red at The Mansion. But it only took 2 minutes for Rob to get his name on the score sheet. The American cannot stop scoring, and surely an international call up isn't too far away.

It was all SNFC as they came forward in numbers to settle this game early on. In the 25th minute they were 2 goals ahead thanks to a low shot by THFC.

Second Half Dag & Red got off to a brilliant start. DC76's weak clearance found the Dag & Red winger. He then crossed the ball for the Striker to head in.

Dag & Red were making it hard for SNFC to play, closer the ball down at every opportunity. With only 9 minutes remaining the away team scored an equaliser to send the Mansion the silence.

The game was heading for a draw when deep into stoppage time SNFC got a dramatic winner. DC76 won an header on the half way line. The ball found Keane on Spurs, who the turned and hit a fantastic ball to set Daniisco through on goal. He rounded the keeper before slotting the ball home. It was a wonderful team move.

MOTM: Daniisco

I told you I needed a day off... LOL Or we need to go back to having four in the back - I seem to play better as a CB :p

SNFC Win A Sloppy One Against Daggers
Non-League Paper

They went up 2-0 early on the strength of goals by Rob and THFC, but it took a stoppage-time header by Daniisco to put Dagenham and Redbridge away, 3-2.

The defence was a little sloppy at times today. Captain DC76, who is normally good at clearing the ball, "duffed" a clearance right to a D&R striker, which lead to the Daggers' first goal.

"Oh man, I really stank it up on that play," he said. "I duffed that ball big time, and you could hear me screaming in disgust in the nosebleed seats! I don't usually do that kinda crap."

He made up for his mistake by starting the run from Keane On Spurs that led to the winning goal in stoppage time. But he was still feeling pretty bad about the mistake. On the other hand, he had praise for alma, whom he calls "the best set-up forward in Conference" and "an offensive catalyst." He also had positive comments about lyubokick, Rob, and Keane On Spurs.

So I am playing right wing now, cool. My crossing looks pretty sweet.

Same. But our physio needs to put a bit of work in me :-(. I seem to get tired too quickly.
