There's plenty of left backs speculated 2 be joining spurs... But which 1 do you think is th best option in terms of value 4 money and ability?

I personally think bale is 2 expensive but isyoung. I would say M. Taylor but playing @ Fulham + Pompey doesn't really prove his quality, although he is a spurs fan.

We deff need a new LB, BAE has yet to prove himself and while Lee has had a good season I see him more as back up. Personally I'd like to see Baines come, I believe he would have a lot to offer us.

I think either Baines or Bale. Taylor only if we can't sign those two. IF i had to choose one i'd choose Bale as he has age on his side.

Baines for me, Bale seems too overpriced. Taylor is a good option but is too attack minded, and is more of a left winger.

Bainesm hceapest option, strong defensively, if not him Taylor. Bale is in a bidding war right now IMO and is overpriced.

Sell Lee, keep Assou as back-up, and Matty Taylor as 1st choice.

I would have wayne bridge but only for a decent price.  Otherwise i'd stick with lee who i think has really come on this season.  I think left midfield is more of a solution to our left sided problem.

Its got to be Leighton Baines. He is young, english, has premiership experience and in my opinion is more defensively sound than Gareth Bale.

I voted Baines as he impressed me this season, and contradiction though it is, there is a lot to be said for sticking with what we have.

Its well known some players take time to adapt. I see BAE much a most of us saw lee last seaso (or is that the season before now?) but most would agree he
was much better in 06/07 than 05/06. BAE may just go on to be the answer or Lee take another step up, in which case we are laughing without the additional expense.

Lets not forget BAE is quite young and does have a nice pass, if he gets to speed next term it would be great.

Leighton Baines is my choice. I doubt we will get Bale as he will end up at manure and the thing about bale is that his price is a bit too high.

Baines for me, he is consistant without being a superstar!! plays on a regular basis I think that we also need to get a wide left sided player (easier said than done!!!) if we don't who ever plays at the back left side will be exposed as we have seen this season.

Taylor would also be a great catch but he is very loyal to Portsmouth and I cannot see them letting him go

Bale not proven in the premiership over priced he will go somewhere and time will tell if he can cut it.
