My sons got a lecture from me just last night,
In this house,a football shirt has to be white.
The emblem's a cockerel that stands on a ball
For 125 years,count 'em all.
This is a serious matter I said,
Don't ever let me catch you two wearing red.
Your Uncle's a gooner,but it's not his fault,
He's uneducated,he's never been taught
That really there's only one North London side,
With bag's full of history, brimming with pride.
Only the England home kit may be worn,
The red one will get accidently torn.
So have I made myself perfectly clear,
White's the predominant colour in here.
They looked at me puzzled, but what could I do?,
One's only nine months old, one's not quite two!
