Ghaly was disrespectful on Thursday but if you dont think Jol is going to deal with that then you may be losig the plot.
There are only a few people in football I would not want to p**s off and Jol is one of them
And to put it into perspective - Ghaly is a central midfield player (never played there for Spurs though)
And he has played well for us - was excellent in FA Cup at Chelsea for example and as played well both as a sub and coming on at the start when we have needed him to.
If you hate a player for playing well and playing out of position maybe you should just go home.
Yes he was emotional - but is that not passion and wanting to play?
