The vibes sound good emanating from white hart lane on the eve of what could be a crucial match tomorrow that could make or break our season. According  to Jenas “Quarter-finals and semi-finals, I don't remember it, It's nothing, it's forgotten. So if we weren't to finish in the Uefa places then I'd feel the season was a failure." Dawson went on to say "We set targets and standards last year, our standards were that this year we were in a Uefa Cup spot”.

I should hope so! Last year we were in a Champions League spot for the whole season. So course they were aiming for UEFA this season. What they really were aiming for was Champs League though. We all were. And will be next season.

The standard set last season was high, and we were hard done by in the end.  I feel very confiden for next season though.  We should clinch uefa cup spot, and progress to final.

Nice to have a stable ship making steady progress and good vibes still, we must not forget how bad it was not so very long ago.

The 'revolution' was such a great thing at the lane, starting with dare I say it, Arnesen and the gentle introduction of small profit making on player trades, making it just so much more easier to move up successive gears.

The vibes seemed to change as Jol took over rather than under Santini.

I still enjoy the fact we arent lurching from bad news to bad news as we used and are no longer a joke but there seems a sensible plan and more or less things are developing nicely.

Now if only we could do something to give fans patience.

We have stability under Jol, now we need to build on it, as well as moving up the gears in terms of attack.  We need to progress up the league to consistently challenge for a top 4 place.

I agree - we are not ready for the Champions league.  Look what happened to Everton!

Ditto!  I would much rather do well & hopefully win the UEFA Cup than getting humiliated in the Champs League. We are just not a good enough side yet.

I agree, we are not ready for CL yet. Lets have another run in europe and hopefully lift the cup next year. That will help us to keep our top players.
We should be biting at the heals of the top 4 next season, we can certainly worry the big teams.
Hopefully with a couple of good signings in the summer we can look forward to some great football next season.
