back leg should be slightly bent with foot flat on floor and back straight. All this allows maximum balance. Toes should be locked back so the contact is made from the ball of the foot (not the top). On front kick, the hips should pushed forward and a side kick, the hip should be locked. Sandro didn't any of that, but he's still a good footballer !!
